- Customer dissatisfaction due to issues beyond our control (e.g., third-party hardware failure).
- Delay or cancellation caused by the customer.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction with your payment receipt and service details at info@vfstechsolution.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
4. Payment Reversal
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for online transactions.
